臀上皮神经卡压症误诊为腰椎间盘突出症分析及治疗体会

目的：正确认识并诊断腰椎间盘突出症，避免误诊误治，提高治疗效果。方法：在我科自2012年1月-2013年8月收住院的328例腰腿痛患者中，其中58例臀上皮神经卡压症被误治为腰椎间盘突出症，并按照腰椎间盘突出症治疗，其效果不满意，经分析后得出正确诊断为臀上皮神经卡压症，并按其治疗后效果满意。结果：58例臀上皮神经卡压症患者经正确诊断和改变治疗方法后疗效满意。结论：臀上皮神经卡压症和腰椎间盘突出症有类似的症状和体征，如果医生在检查和分析不仔细，很容易将两者混淆，那么在治疗上可能走误诊误治的误区，达不到治疗效果。

An analysis of cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome misdiagnosed as lumbar disc herniation

Objective： To correct understanding and diagnosis lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, avoid misdiagnosis and improve effect. Methods： 58 cases of cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome were misdiagnosed as lumbar disc herniation, effects were not satisfactory, after re-analysis, a correct diagnosis and good effects were arrived. Results： 58 patients all achieve satisfactory results.
