| 摘 要： | 目的：观察内服中药柴胡疏肝散加味结合小针刀治疗胸腰腹部带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法：以临床疗效、止痛时间为观察指标。结果：临床总有效率为100％,止痛时间平均10．5d,临床治愈20例。结论：内服中药柴胡疏肝散结合小针刀治疗胸腰腹部带状疱疹后神经痛具有显著疗效,是一种行之有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of Chaihu shugan San plus knife acupuncture therapy on thoracic and abdominal shingles neuralgia. Methods： Clinical effects and analgesic time were observed. Results： The total efficiency was 100%, and the average analgesic time was 10.5 days, 20 cases were cured. Conclusion： Chaihu Shugan San plus knife acupuncture therapy was a kind of effective treatment with confirmed efficacy. |
