| 摘 要： | 目的探讨弹性髓内钉固定治疗儿童四肢长骨骨折的疗效。方法应用弹性髓内钉固定技术治疗51例儿童四肢长骨干骨折。结果患儿均获随访,时间6~12个月。骨折全部愈合。术后6个月随访时患肢功能均完全恢复正常。采用Flynn评分标准：优46例,良3例,可2例,优良率96.1%。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折,切口小,固定牢固,操作简单,能早期功能锻炼,功能恢复好,临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of limb long bone fracture in children treated with elastic intramedullary nailing.Methods 51 cases of limb long bone fractures in children were treated with elastic intramedullary nailing.Results All children were followed up for 6~12 months,all fractures healed;elbow,wrist,hip,knee,ankle joint function all fully restored to normal.In all cases,46 patients were excellent,3 good,and 2 fair;the excellent and good rate was 96.1%.Conclusions Treatment of limb long bone fract... |
