对口引流治疗弯形肛瘘的临床研究

为提高弯形肛瘘的临床治疗疗效,缩短疗程,同时保证术后肛门括约功能和肛门外观的正常,将92例弯形肛瘘分成两组;观察组57例,采用主灶切开,管道对口引流的治疗方法;对照组35例,采用常规的肛瘘切开切除术。对两组术后疗效情况、愈合时间、术后后遗症进行分析时比。结果显示两组疗效无显著性差异,治疗组在疗程、保护肛门括约功能、肛门外观上优于对照组。

Bent-shaped counterparts drainage in the treatment of anal fistula clinical study

To enhance the curved shape of anal fistula clinical efficacy, shorten the course of treatment, while ensuring that the anus after anal sphincter function and appearance of normal curved shape will be 92 cases of anal fistula were divided into two groups; the observation group 57 cases, using the main kitchen cutting, pipeline corresponding drainage treatment; control group, 35 cases of anal fistula incision using conventional surgery. Curative effect of the two groups, wound healing time, postoperative complications for analysis and comparison. The results showed that the two groups was no significant difference in efficacy of the treatment group in the course of treatment, protection of the anal sphincter function, anus appearance than the control group.
