中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松性骨折的疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法：90例老年性骨质疏松症并桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗方法包括手法复位小夹板外固定，应用治疗骨质疏松的药物并配合中药内服、外用熏洗。结果：90例病人全部治愈，治愈率为100％；平均治愈时间为30．5天；功能全部恢复正常。结论：中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症并桡骨远端骨折治愈率高，治愈时间明显缩短，功能全部恢复正常，值得临床推广使用。

Observation of the healing efficacy for senile osteoporosis fracture by the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment for senile osteoporosis fracture by the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. Method： The treatment of 90 cases with senile osteoporosis combined with Barton fracture included manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization, using the drug treating osteoporosis, traditional Chinese medicine for oral administration and fumigation-washing therapy. Result： 90 cases all were cured, the cure rate was 100%; the average cure time was 30.5d; the function all got right. Conclusion： Having the advantages of high cure rate, shorter cure time and right function, the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine was worth to use widely in clinical field.
