| Abstract: | Four patients with multiple sclerosis derived from two families including a sibling pair and a mother-daughter pair were reported. The HL A genotype had been determined in one family members. The results showed that immunogenetic factors might be an important aspect in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis. |
