| 摘 要： | 目的：研究牛磺酸对脑缺血再灌注损伤中细胞凋亡的影响。方法：建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,使用ＤＮＡ片段原位末端标记和流式细胞仪观察了Ｔａｕ治疗后细胞凋亡的变化。结论：Ｔａｕ对脑缺血再灌汪损伤中神经细胞的保护作用可能部分由于降低细胞凋亡的发生。

| Abstract: | AIM and METHOD:In order to recognize the effect of taurine on apoptosis during ischemia-reperfusion injury, the model of rat globle brain ischemia-reperfusion injury was made, the changes of apoptotic cells were observed after taurine treatment by using methods of terminal deoxynucleotigyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and flow cytometry(FCM).RESULTS:The number of apoptotic cells decreased significantly in hippocampus and parietal cortex, but there were significant difference between 1 mg and 2 mg dose group. CONCLUSION:The neural protective effect of taurine against ischemia-reperfusion injury may be partially due to reducing occurrence of apoptosis. |
