| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用时间触发间歇式超声显像观察兔肝VX2肿瘤血流灌注的作用。方法 经静脉注射氟碳微泡造影剂后，应用基波显像、间歇式显像观察兔肝VX2肿瘤血流灌注。结果 造影后，增强了正常肝组织显像，而肿瘤显像无明显增强，从而使肝肿瘤显像清晰。应用时间触发的间歇式显像造影增强稳定，持续时间长于常规谐波显像。结论 间歇式显像可明显增强兔肝VX2肿瘤显像效果，延长显像时间。

Experimental study of VX2 tumors of liver with contrast agent in intermittent ultrasound imaging |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the efficacy of sonography with and without intermittent ultrasound imaging (IUI) with Perfluorocarbon contrast agent in displaying blood perfusion of tumors of liver.Methods After intravenous administration of contrast agent,fundamental imaging,second harmonic imaging and IUI were used to evaluate the blood perfusion of tumors of liver in ten rabbits.Results After injection,normal liver parenchyma was well enhanced,the visibility of the VX 2 tumors were greatly improved,especially in IUI.Conclusions IUI is useful for improving visibility of VX 2 tumors and lasting longer time in visibility. |
