| 摘 要： | 目的评价超短波配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将125例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,超短波配合针灸治疗组(A组)63例,口服西比林组(B组)62例,对比两组的疗效。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,A组的疗效高于B组,A组治愈率(60.3%)也高于B组(37.1%),差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且经过6个月随访,A组复发率(8.1%)低于B组(22.4%),两组复发率的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的近期疗效和远期疗效均优于对照组,该方法在临床上值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate clinical effects of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery (CSA)treated by USW-B combined with acupuncture. Methods 125 cases of CSA were randomly divided into twogroups, a treatment group (A group) and a control group (B group). A group (n= 63) were treated by USW-Bcombined with acupuncture, and B group (n =62) by administration of sibelium. Results After 2 periods oftreatment, the clinical effects and rate of cicatrisation (60.3%) in A group were higher than those in B group significantly(P < 0.01), and the recrudescent rate of CSA in A group was lower than that of B group after 6 months (P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of CSA treated by USW-B combined with acupuncture was good, convenient anddeserved popularized. |
