九子益精口服液联合手术治疗部队士官精索静脉曲张并少弱精子症效果观察

目的观察九子益精口服液联合手术治疗部队士官精索静脉曲张并少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法408例精索静脉曲张并少弱精子症按时间分为2组，从2010年6月-2011年8月就诊者中选择204例作为对照组，从2011年9月-2012年10月就诊者中选择204例作为观察组。对照组仅采用经腹股沟管精索内静脉高位结扎术，观察组采用经腹股沟管精索内静脉高位结扎术＋口服九子益精口服液治疗。比较治疗前和治疗6个月后的精液质量。结果治疗前2组精液质量比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。2组治疗6个月后精液量与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但总精子数、精子密度、a级精子活动力、b级精子活动力、精子存活率、正常形态精子比率较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经腹股沟管精索内静脉高位结扎术联合九子益精口服液有助于改善精索静脉曲张并少弱精子症患者的精液质量。

Efficacy of Jiuziyijing Oral Liquid Combined with Operation in Treatment of Sergeants with Varicocele and Oli- goasthenozoospermia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiuziyijing Oral Liquid combined with operation in treatment of sergeants with varicocele and oligoasthenozoospermia. Methods A total of 408 sergeants with varicocele and oligoasthenozoospermia were divided into two groups： 204 patients who visited doctors during June 2010 and August 2011 （control group） and 204 patients who visited doctors during September 2011 and October 2012 （experimental group）. Patients in experimental group were treated with vena spermatica interna high ligation surgery through inguinal canal, while patients in control group were treated with vena spermatica interna high ligation surgery through inguinal canal and traditional Chinese medicine （Jiuziyijing Oral Liquid）. The semen qualities were compared before and after treatment for 6 months. Results There was no statistical significance between the two groups in the semen quality before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The differences of semen volume in two groups were no statistically significant before and after treatment for 6 months （P 〉 0.05 ） , but the total sperm number, sperm density, grade A sperm motility, grade B sperm motility, sperm survival rate and percentage of normal morphological sperm after treatment were significantly increased, compared with those before treatment, and the differences in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vena spermatica interna high ligation surgery through inguinal canal combined with Jiuziyijing Oral Liquid may improve the sperm quality of sergeants with varicocele and oligoasthenozoospermia.
