摘    要:目的观察900MHz拟手机电磁辐射对大鼠卵巢组织形态和功能的影响。方法20只sD雌性大鼠随机分正常组和辐射组,每组10只。正常组置辐射箱中不接受辐射,辐射组每天暴露于900MHz手机辐射源4h连续30d,阴道涂片显示动情期处死大鼠。采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)含量,HE染色观察卵巢组织形态变化。结果辐射组大鼠血清E:水平较正常组显著降低(P〈0.05),而血清T含量无显著差异(P〉0.05)。与正常组相比,辐射组大鼠卵泡和黄体直径均小于正常组,颗粒细胞层数和数量减少。结论900MHz拟手机电磁辐射可影响大鼠卵巢形态和功能,损伤雌性大鼠生殖功能。

Influence of Imitated 900 MHz Cellular Radiation on the Form and Function of Ovarian Tissues in Rats

Abstract:Objective To observe influence of imitated 900 MHz cellular radiation on the form and function of o- varian tissues in rats. Methods A total of 20 adult SD female rats were randomly divided into normal group (n = 10) and radiated group (n = 10). The rats in normal group were not radiated in radiation box, while the rats in radiated group were radiated by imitated 900MHz cellular radiation with 4 h/d for 30 d. The rats were killed in estrus shown by vaginal smears. The levels of serous testosterone (T) and estradiol (E~) in female rats were detected by radioimmunoassay meth- od, and the changes of form and function of ovarian tissues were observed by HE staining. Results Compared with those in normal rats, the serous E: level was significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and there was no significant difference in T lev- el (P 〉 0.05 ) ; the diameters of ovarian follicle and luteum were significantly shortened, and the layer and amount of granulosa cells were reduced in radiated group. Conclusion The imitated 900 MHz cellular radiation can affect the form and function of ovarian tissues, and damage the reproductive function in female rats.
