精神分裂症患者病情与超敏C反应蛋白水平变化关系

摘    要:目的研究精神分裂症患者病情与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化关系。 方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月阳江市公共卫生医院精神科门诊及住院的精神分裂症患者共214例,其中新发或者复发的107例患者为观察组,同期门诊及住院病情稳定的107例患者为对照组。两组患者均采用抗精神病药物治疗,并分别在治疗前和治疗后1个月进行阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定及检测血清hs-CRP水平,将两组所得数据进行比较,及自身前后对照,并采用Pearson相关分析观察组治疗前后hs-CRP水平与PANSS总分的相关性。 结果观察组治疗前PANSS总分与hs-CRP水平分别为(66.97±9.53)分、8.30(2.10,20.10)mg/L,治疗后PANSS总分与hs-CRP水平分别为(46.48±7.16)分、1.90(0.60,5.20)mg/L。对照组治疗前PANSS总分与hs-CRP水平分别为(30.38±5.34)分、0.90(0.40,2.05)mg/L,治疗后分别为(30.68±2.63)分、1.00(0.40,2.73)mg/L。两组PANSS总分与hs-CRP水平治疗前(t=33.96,Z=-7.98)、治疗后(t=21.02,Z=-2.49)分别比较,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组PANSS总分与hs-CRP水平随着病情缓解而明显下降(t=20.99,Z=-7.18)(均P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示,观察组患者血清hs-CRP水平与PANSS总分在治疗前(r1=0.73)和治疗后(r2=0.41),均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。 结论精神分裂症患者病情轻重与血清hs-CRP水平高低密切相关,hs-CRP检测对动态观察精神分裂症患者病情具有较高的应用价值。

The relationship between the severity and hypersensitive C-reactive protein level in schizophrenic

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the severity and the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in schizophrenic. MethodsFrom April 2019 to April 2020, a total of 214 outpatients and inpatients with schizophrenia were selected from the Department of Psychiatry in Yangjiang Public Health Hospital, with 107 new or recurrent patients as the observation group and 107 patients with stable condition as the control group. Patients in both groups were given antipsychotic medications, and the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) as well as serum hs-CRP levels were measured before and 1 month after treatment. The correlation between hS-CRP level and total PANSS score in the observation group before and after treatment was analyzed by Pearson correlation. ResultsThe total PANSS score and hs-CRP level in the observation group were (66.97±9.53) points and 8.30(2.10, 20.10)mg/L before treatment, and (46.48±7.16) points and 1.90(0.60, 5.20)mg/L after treatment, respectively. The total PANSS score and hs-CRP level in the control group were (30.38±5.34) points and 0.90(0.40, 2.05)mg/L before treatment, and (30.68±2.63) points and 1.00(0.40, 2.73)mg/L after treatment, respectively. PANSS total score and hs-CRP level of the two groups were compared before treatment (t=33.96, Z=-7.98) and after treatment (t=21.02, Z=-2.49), and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The total PANSS score and hs-CRP level in the observation group decreased significantly with the remission of the disease (t=20.99, Z=-7.18) (all P<0.01). Correlation analysis results showed that before treatment (r1=0.73) and after treatment (r2=0.41), the serum hs-CRP level in observation group were positively correlated with the total score of PANSS (all P<0.01). ConclusionsThe severity of schizophrenia is closely related to the level of serum hs-CRP. Detection of hs-CRP has high application value in dynamically observing the condition of patients with schizophrenia.
