Application of clinical teaching based on nursing outcome in operating room nurse training

Objective To explore the application of clinical teaching based on nursing in the operating room nurse training. Methods Totally 48 nurses receiving specialist operation room nursing training in 2018 were selected into an observation group, while 45 trained in 2017 were chosen into a control group. The observation group was adopted nursing outcome-oriented clinical teaching, while the control group was given routine clinical teaching. The assessment score, nursing quality and comprehensive nursing ability of two groups were compared. Results All the measurements of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing outcome-oriented clinical teaching can effectively improve the training effect and comprehensive nursing skills of nurses in the operating room, thus ensuring that the nursing quality in the operating room meets the needs of patients.
