摘    要:
目的:应用数学模型研究"九蒸九制"何首乌色泽与化学成分含量之间的变化规律,分析两者之间的相关性.方法:通过薄层扫描仪采集图像,将采集的图像依次通过MATLAB R2018软件进行程序代码分析,使RGB色空间模型转化为HSI色空间模型,计算得到H、S、I粉末色度值,HPLC法测定二苯乙烯苷、游离蒽醌和总蒽醌的含量.采用S...

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To employ a mathematical model for examining the change law between the color and chemical composition of "nine-steam-nine-bask processing" Polygonum multiflorum Thunb and analyzing the correlation between the two. METHODS The images were collected by a thin-layer scanner and the acquired images analyzed by MATLAB R2018 software in sequence to convert the RGB color space model into the HSI color space model and calculate the H,S,I powder chromaticity values.The contents of stilbene glycoside,free anthraquinone and total anthraquinone were determined by HPLC.SPSS 24.0 was utilized for analyzing the correlation between powder chromaticity value and component content and multiple linear regression analysis for establishing a quantitative model between chromaticity value and chemical component content.Multi-dimensional scaling analysis was employed for comparing the differences among the samples of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb with different steaming degrees. RESULTS The yellow-white powder of raw decoction pieces of Polygonum multiflorum Thunbis became darker after processing.With the elapsing of processing time,color gradually changed from yellow-white to brown.Compared with raw product,its chromaticity values H and I decreased,S increased and color deepened.Thus chromaticity value represented the degree of processing.Multi-dimensional scale difference analysis revealed that chromaticity value and chemical composition of raw products and processed products differed greatly and the changes were obvious from one steaming to two steaming.After correlation analysis,stilbene glycoside and bound anthraquinone were correlated positively with chromaticity values H & I and negatively with S.Free anthraquinone was correlated negatively with chromaticity values H & I and positively with S.All P values of regression models were less than 0.05 and the regression model yielded good accuracy.The quantitative model could be employed for analyzing the effects of stilbene glycoside,free anthraquinone and bound anthraquinone on color value.To the extent of 84.97%,stilbene glycoside content could be predicted and analyzed based on S and I chromaticity values,the content of conjugated anthraquinone could be predicted and analyzed based upon H value to the extent of 64.46% and free anthracene could be predicted and analyzed based upon S value to the extent of 73.93% quinone content. CONCLUSION The color of nine-steam-nine-bask processing Polygonum multiflorum Thunb has a significant correlation with the content of chemical composition.The quantitative model of color value and chemical composition may predict the relationship between color value and chemical composition content.Dynamic monitoring provides some reference for color and chemical composition of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb during processing.
