多视角评价胸外专科ICU模块化教学对轮转新护士专科护理能力的提升效果

摘    要:目的分享普胸外科专科ICU(胸外ICU)护理轮转的教学模式、教学要求,从多视角分析胸外ICU模块化教学对轮转新护士专科护理能力的提升效果。 方法以2018年1月1日至2021年5月31日新入职胸外科普通病房的护士为研究对象,将入职后先到专科ICU轮转3个月再到普通病房工作者设为观察组,先在普通病房工作等待轮转但仍未轮转者设为对照组。轮转护士的教学内容包括常规护理模块、病种流程护理模块、急危重症抢救护理3个模块。教学方式包括临床操作和护理文书书写2方面。新护士入职第5个月时做护理素质评估,评估指标包括胸外科护理能力评估、护理不良事件、患者满意度、医生满意度、护理满意度。 结果观察组的胸外科护理能力评估、患者满意度、医生满意度、护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。而观察组的护理不良事件数量低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.170)。 结论新入职的胸外科护士通过胸外专科ICU轮转,有利于快速提高胸外科专科护理水平,减少护理不良事件的发生。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo share the teaching mode and requirements of nursing rotation in general thoracic surgical intensive care unit (ICU) , and to evaluate the effect of modular teaching in thoracic surgery ICU on improving the specialized nursing ability of rotating new nurses by multiple perspectives. MethodsNurses who were newly recruited to the ward of general thoracic surgery from 1 January 2018 to 31 May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. Those who had rotated in the thoracic surgery ICU at first for 3 months and then worked in the general ward were included in the observation group, while those who worked in the general ward at first and did not rotate were included in the control group. The teaching content of rotating nurses included three modules: routine nursing module, disease process nursing module, emergency and critical care nursing module. The teaching methods included clinical operation and nursing document writing. The nursing quality of new nurses was evaluated at the fifth month of employment. The evaluation indexes included thoracic surgery nursing ability evaluation, nursing adverse events, patient satisfaction, doctor satisfaction and nursing satisfaction. ResultsThe evaluation of thoracic surgery nursing ability, patient satisfaction, doctor satisfaction and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05) . The number of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.170) . ConclusionsThrough the rotation of thoracic surgery ICU, new thoracic surgery nurses could quickly improve the nursing level of thoracic surgery and reduced the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
