护理干预对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖血脂的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖、血脂水平的影响.方法：选择2013年9月～2014年1月我院收治的2型糖尿病并冠心病患者132例,随机分为常规护理组（66例）和加强护理组（66例,在常规护理基础上进一步加强护理）,观察半年后两组患者护理后的血糖、血脂水平的变化.结果：护理半年后,与常规护理组比较,加强护理组患者的空腹血糖（6.73±1.39） mmol/L比（5.42±0.79） mmol/L]、餐后2h血糖（12.07±1.43） mmol/L比（8.26±1.68） mmol/L]及总胆固醇（194.32±21.07） mg/dl比（167.18±14.29）mg/dl]水平均显著降低（P均＜0.01）.结论：在常规护理基础上的加强护理,可显著改善2型糖尿病并冠心病患者的血糖及血脂水平,有利于病情的恢复.

Influence of nursing intervention on levels of blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated CHD

Objective： To explore influence of nursing intervention on levels of blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） complicated coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： A total of 132 T2DM ＋ CHD patients, who hospitalized in our hospital from Sep 2013 to Jan 2014, were selected. They were ran- domly divided into routine nursing group （n = 66） and intensive nursing group （n = 66, received further intensive nursing based on routine nursing）. Changes of blood glucose and blood lipid levels after 6 months were observed in two groups after nursing care. Results： Compared with routine nursing group after 6 months nursing care, there were significant reductions in levels of fasting blood glucose （6.73± 1.39） mmol/L vs. （5. 42 ± 0.79） mmol/L], 2h postprandial blood glucose （12.07 ± 1.43） mmol/L vs. （8.26 ± 1.68） mmol/L] and total cholesterol （194.32 ± 21.07） mg/dl vs. （167.18 ± 14.29） mg/dl] in intensive nursing group, P〈0.01 all. Conclusion： Intensive nurs- ing based on routine nursing can significantly improve levels of blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with T2DM complicated CHD, which is in favour of patient＇s recovery.
