阴道超声检查对输尿管下段结石的诊断价值

目的：探讨经阴道超声（TVS）在诊断女性输尿管下段结石中的应用价值。方法：对经腹超声疑有输尿管下段结石的28例女性患者经阴道超声检查。结果：在膀胱未充盈情况下，28例经腹部超声检查高度怀疑输尿管下段结石者，全部经阴道超声检查得到确诊，并经临床及其他检查方法证实。结论：经阴道超声诊断女性输尿管下段结石无需膀胱充盈，肠气干扰少，可以快速、准确地诊断输尿管下段结石，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Transvaginal ultrasound examination of the lower ureteral stones of diagnostic value

Objective: To evaluate the transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of women lower ureteral stones of diagnostic value. Methods: Abdominal ultrasound of the suspected lower ureteral stones 28 cases of women with vaginal ultrasound examination. Results: 28 cases of the highly suspected by abdominal ultrasonography of the lower ureteral stones, all of transvaginal ultrasound examination confirmed to be, and the clinical examination and other methods confirmed. Conclu- sion: Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of women lower ureteral stones without filling the bladder, intestinal gas less inter - ference, can be fast, accurate diagnosis of the lower ureteral stones, have a high clinical value.
