曲美他嗪联合阿托他汀治疗不稳定心绞痛临床观察

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合阿托他汀治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床效果。方法 107例不稳定心绞痛患者被随机分为实验组（n=56）和对照组（n=51）,两组均给予常规治疗,实验组加用曲美他嗪和阿托他汀联合治疗。结果实验组显效率为87.5%,总有效率为92.9%,治疗效果显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上,应用曲美他嗪和阿托他汀联合治疗不稳定性心绞痛,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

The clinical effect observation on trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin used in unstable angina pectoris

Objective To explore the curative effect of trimetazidine combinedwithatorvastatin usedin unstable angina pectoris. Methods 107 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into experimental group（n = 56） and control group（n = 51） . Both groups were given routine treatment,and experimental group were added to therapy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 92. 9%,the excellent rate was 87. 5%,the clinical effect of experimental group were significantly better than that of control group（P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin used in treatment of unstable angina pectoris,can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it to be worth application and promotion in clinical work.
