未婚妊娠者终止妊娠的心理评估与护理

目的了解未婚妊娠者终止妊娠的心理状态。方法将668例未婚妊娠者分为中学生组和青年组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测试并进行分析。结果两组与全国常模比较,除强迫因子分略低外(P>0.05),其他各项因子分均显著高于全国常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中学生组的阳性总均分、阳性症状均分及阳性项目数均高于青年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论未婚妊娠者中止妊娠时普遍存在心理障碍,医务人员要关注该人群,及时给予心理干预;尤其对于中学生未婚妊娠者,建议医务人员走进校园开展生理卫生及性知识讲座。

Psychological Assessment and Care of Unmarried Pregnant Women at Termination of Pregnancy

Objective To understand the mental status of unmarried pregnant women at termination of pregnancy.Methods Six hundred and sixty-eight unmarried pregnant women at termination of pregnancy were divided into the middle school students group and young women group and investigated by SCL-90.Results Except the factor of forcing(P>0.05),other factors were higher than those in the national norm(P<0.05).The middle school students group was larger than the young women group in terms of total positive score,average score of positive symptoms,number of positive items,with statistical significance,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological obstacles exist among unmarried pregnant women at termination of pregnancy.Medical workers should pay attention to them,giving them mental intervention and should be suggested to make lectures on physiological hygiene and sexual knowledge.
