| 摘 要： | 目的探讨围手术期护理干预对白内障超声乳化手术患者的影响。方法将200例首次接受白内障超声乳化手术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例。观察组实施围手术期全程护理干预，对照组采用常规护理方法。结果观察组患者血压、心率较稳定，波动小（P〈0．01、P〈0．05），术中疼痛率降低（P〈0．05）。结论实施围手术期护理干预措施，有利于减少白内障超声乳化手术患者的不适与并发症发生，确保手术成功率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of perioperative nursing intervention on cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification. Methods 200 cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification were randomly assigned to receive perioperative custodial nursing intervention ( 100 patients, study group ), or conventional nursing ( 100 patients, control group ). Results Blood pressure and heart rate were relatively stable in the study group ( P ＜ 0.01 and P ＜ 0.05 ). The rate intraoperative pain was declined ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention is beneficial for reducing discomfort and complications in cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification and ensure the success rate of the procedure. |
