护理单元绩效考核管理信息系统的开发与应用

目的:开发并应用护理单元绩效考核管理信息系统,使护理单元绩效考核管理信息化、科学化、标准化,提高护理人员积极性,稳定护理队伍。方法:采用C语言作为开发工具,ASSESS数据库作为数据平台,建立护理单元绩效考核管理信息系统,对护理单元的工作质量、工作效率、工作效益等进行管理。结果:本系统的使用可使护理单元的绩效考核更加准确、客观、科学。结论:护理单元绩效考核管理信息系统具有科学、简便、快捷等特点,可提高护理管理人员工作效率,对提高护理人员工作积极性有着重要作用。

The development and application of the management information system of performance evaluation in nursing unites

Objective： To maintain a stable team of nursing professionals, to improve nurses＇ enthusiasm, and to make the management of performance evaluation in nursing unites informationalized, scientific and standardized.Methods：Using C language as the development tool with the ASSESS database as data platform, the management information system was developed to manage the work quality, work efficiency or other aspects of nursing unites. Results： The application of this system was able to ensure the quality and safety of nursing, to improve the work efficiency of nursing staff and to make the performance evaluation of nursing unites accurate, objective and scientific.Conclusion：The management information system of performance evaluation in nursing unites, with scientific, simple and convenient features in management, is playing an important role in improving the enthusiasm of nursing staff.
