肝移植术中应用变温水毯对患者体温的影响

目的观察肝移植术中应用变温水毯后患者的体温变化，探讨实施肝移植术患者体温护理的有效措施。方法将2006年3月至2007年8月实施的肝移植手术中使用变温水毯、充气式保温毯、血液加温仪、40℃温水间断冲洗，有完整体温记录的47例患者为实验组，将2002年6月至2004年10月实施的73例使用充气式保温毯、血液加温仪、40℃温水间断冲洗，有完整体温记录的肝移植患者为对照组。观察两组患者入手术室时、手术切皮期、无肝前期、无肝期、新肝期各时期早、中、晚3个不同时间段的体温变化并进行比较。结果实验组与对照组患者除入手术室、切皮期体温无统计学差异（P〉0．05），其余术中不同时间患者体温差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论肝移植手术中使用变温水毯是比充气式保温毯、血液加温仪、40℃温水间断冲洗等更有效的体温恢复护理措施，在术中能有效防止肝移植手术低体温的出现。

Application of Thermostatical Blanket and Body Temperature Observation in Liver Transplantation
