| 摘 要： | 以低分化胃腺癌细胞株MKN—74直接免疫BALB/c小鼠,制得3株抗胃癌表面抗原单克隆抗体,经鉴定及初步临床应用证明,它们所针对的可能是一类新的主要存在于胃瘤细胞表面的肿瘤相关抗原。 |

| Abstract: | Three hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies against stomach cancer were established by fusion of NS-O mouse myeloma cells with splenocytes of BALB/c mouse immunized with stomach cancer cells MKN74. The three hybridomas have been cultiviated for eight successive months and up to now they still steadily secrete antibodies with higher titers. ABC-immunohistochemical method proved that their corresponding antigens were expressed on the surface of MKN74. The results showed that they strongly bound with stomach cancer cells and more weakly with colon cancer cells, but they did not bind with the cancer cells of liver, pancreas, tongue, cervix, cerebrum and leukemia. |
