| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药蒸敷配合推拿疗法治疗神经根性颈椎病疗效。方法：选门诊病例86例随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药热敷和推拿手法治疗相配合,对照组单用推拿手法治疗。结果：治疗组46例,有效率为91.3%,对照组40例有效率为72.5%。结论：中药蒸敷配合推拿疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the effect of parboil and manipulative therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method： 86 eases of outpatient were randomly divided into Chinese medicine chliasma combined manipulation maneuver group and manipulation maneuver group. Results： the effective power was 91.3% in the treatment and 72.5% in the control. Conclusion： the parboiling with Chinese medicine and manipulative therapy had good effect to treat cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. |
