| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大承气汤治疗骨折后难治性便秘的疗效。方法：辨证论治，应用大承气汤方加减治疗16例骨折后难治性便秘患者。结果：患者在用药后便通得解，症状减轻。结论：辨证应用大承气汤方加减治疗骨折后难治性便秘效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective： to approach the mechanism of Large Chengqi Decoction to treat refractoriness constipation after bone fracture. Method： 16 cases of refractoriness constipation after bone fracture were treated in Large Chengqi Decoction on the basis of determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs. Result： the patients were defecated after treatment and symptom decreased. Conclusion： there was effect to treat refractoriness constipation after bone fracture in Large Chengqi Decoction on the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs. |
