| 摘 要： | 目的：观察举元升压颗粒剂治疗原发性低血压的疗效。方法：采用随机、单盲、对照方法，将病人分为3组，治疗组（100例）服用自制举元升压颗粒剂；对照1组（50例）服用生脉饮；对照2组（50例）服用麻黄素。结果：治疗组与对照1组比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），与对照2组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：证明举元升压颗粒剂具有益气养阴，升压增力的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the effect of Juyuanshengya granule on treating essential hypotension. Method： the patients were divided three groups： control 1, control 2 and treatment. The random, single blind and control were used in research. The treatment was treated with Juyuanshengya granule and the control 1 with pulse-activating powder and the control 2 with ephedrine. Results：there was significance difference between treatment and control 2 and no significance difference between treatment and control 1.Conclusion： the Juyuanshengya granule has the function to supplementing qi and nourishing yin and boosting pressure and reinforcement. |
