| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医药辨证治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法：将42例耳鸣患者随机分为两组，治疗组22例中医辨证治疗，对照组20例，给卡马西平治疗。结果：中医辨证治疗的有效率77．27％，对照组有效率45.00％，两组有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医辨证治疗耳鸣明显优于西医治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the effect of treatment based differentiation of symptoms and signs to treat tinnitus. Method： 42 cases of tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment （22 cases treated with Chinese medicine based differentiation of symptoms and signs） and eontrol（20 cases treated in carbamazepine）. Result： the effective power was 77.27 % in treatment and 45.00 % in eontrol. Conclusion： the tinnitus treated with Chinese medicine based differentiation of symptoms and signs are better effect than medicine treatment. |
