调畅气机法改善胃癌患者生存质量举隅

目前胃癌以根治性外科手术为主要治疗方法，胃癌术后和晚期胃癌失去手术机会的患者，易出现气机受阻，脾胃升降失常症状，严重影响患者的生存质量。殷东风教授根据内经气机升降之理，运用扶正培本、消痰散结、活血化瘀、抗癌解毒等方法治疗胃癌的同时，擅用温阳、清热、寒温并用、补中益气等法调畅气机，以恢复脾胃的升降功能，改善胃癌患者的生存质量。
