中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜临床研究

目的：评价中西医结合药物治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效、住院日并进行比较。方法：随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组采用糖皮质激素加一般治疗，治疗组除给予上述治疗外加服中药治疗。结果：治疗组52例中。治愈37例，有效11例，稳定4例，有效率为92．1％。平均住院日为15．7。对照组52例中，治愈26例，有效10例，稳定12例，无效4例，有效率为69．2％。平均住院日为21．4。结论：加用中药治疗过敏性紫癜疗效明显优于对照组，且住院天数缩短。

The Effect of Conbined Treatment of Chinese Medicine and Medicine on Allergic Purpura

Objective： to evaluate the effect of conbined treatment of Chinese medicine and medicine to treat allergic purpura, Method： the patients were randomly divided into treatment and control. The treatment was treated in glucocorticosteroid pulsing general treatment and Chinese medicine but the control only in glucocorticosteroid pulsing general treatment. Result： the curing was 37 cases, the utility was 11 cases and stabilization was 4 cases in treatment（52 cases）. The effective power was 92.1%. The average of be in hospital was 15.7 days. The curing was 26 cases, the utility was 10 cases, stabilization was 12 cases and ineffective was 4 cases in control（52 cases）. The effective power was 69.2%. The average of be in hospital was 21.4 days.
