强化调脂治疗老年女性急性冠脉综合征的疗效观察

目的观察强化阿托伐他汀治疗老年女性急性冠脉综合征的疗效和安全性。方法选择老年女性急性冠脉综合征患者102例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各51例,2组患者均常规治疗,对照组加用阿托伐他汀20 mg,治疗组加用阿托伐他汀40 mg,均每天1次。治疗1个月后对2组患者进行实验室检查和不良事件评估。结果 2组患者治疗后血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、总胆固醇（TC）和高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平均显著改善,且治疗组TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组缺血事件发生率（33.3%）低于对照组（17.6%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组不良反应均轻微。结论应用较大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年女性急性冠脉综合征安全性良好,抗炎、调脂效果更加显著。

The therapeutic effect of high-dose atovastatin in elderly female patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of high-doses atovastatin in elderly female patients of acute coronary syndrome（ACS） in early stage.Methods Consecutive 102 elderly female patients with ACS were divided into two groups randomly（51 cases per group）,the treatment group was given 40 mg/d atovastatin,and the control group was given 20 mg/d atovastatin.The efficacy of atovastatin therapy,the cardiovascular events and drug adverse reaction were recorded in one months follow-up.Results Compared to those before treatment,the level of LDL-C,TC and hs-CRP decreased and the level of HDL-C increased significantly at 1 month after treatment in both groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference in TC、LDL-C and hs-CRP between the two groups after treatment （P0.05）.Compared to control group,the occurrence of the cardiovascular events was significantly reduced in intensive treatment group（33.3%vs 17.6%,P0.05）.There were slightly adverse effect in both two groups. Conclusion The earlier and stronger lipid lowering treatment could improve the prognosis of ACS and make benefits for the patients with ACS.
