| Abstract: | Coexistence of neuropeptides was suggested by double-staining immunohistochemistry in projection neurons in the thalamus of the cat; cholecystokinin (CCK)-like immunoreactivity (LI) and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP)-LI in the rostral group of the intralaminar nuclei, CCK-LI and neurotensin (NT)-LI in the anterodorsal nucleus and NT-LI and VIP-LI in the laterodorsal nucleus. |
