| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方盐酸二甲双胍格列吡嗪片中两种成分含量测定的方法。方法用紫外分光光度法测定该制剂中盐酸二甲双胍的含量,高效液相色谱法测定格列吡嗪的含量。结果盐酸二甲双胍及格列吡嗪两种成分测定互不干扰,不受辅料影响,结果准确,重现性好。结论该制剂中两种成分测定方法符合方法学要求,操作简便,可用于该制剂质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the approach to the determination of dimethyldiguanide and glipizide in compound hydrocholoric acid.Methods The content of dimethydiguanide was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the content of glipizide was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The two ways of determination can be done accurately and separately and had good repeatability.Conclusion The method can be used conveniently to determine the two different ingredients and can help to control the preparation quality. |
