中西医结合治疗中晚期胃癌51例临床疗效研究

[目的]比较中西医结合与单纯化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效。[方法]将101例胃癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组采用中西医结合的方法治疗;对照组单用化疗,进行比较。[结果]治疗组客观有效率为67%,对照组为42%,显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组中白细胞下降等副反应较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合方法治疗胃癌较单纯化疗疗效更显著,副反应更小。

Clinical Research on Treating Gastric Cancer with Chinese Traditional Medicine

[Objective] To evaluate the effects of survival quality and harmful response of treating gastric cancer with Chinese traditional medicine.[Methods] 101 cases under pathological diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups:one treated with Chinese traditional medicine associated with chemotherapy,another treated with chemotherapy.The effects were observed and compared.[Results] The impersonal effective rate in that treated with Chinese traditional medicine was 67%,another was 42%.There were significant differences.The rate of harmful response in the former was lower than in the latter.[Conclusions] Chinese traditional medicine associated with chemotherapy can be recommended as the better choice in treatment of gastric cancer.
