| 摘 要： | 探讨ＭＧ７抗原在胃粘膜不典型增生癌变中的预测价值。应用本院制备的抗胃癌单克隆抗体ＭＧ７作ＡＢＣ免疫组化染色。随访检测７２例胃粘膜异型增生标本。其中癌变组３４例，未癌变组３８例，随访时间６－７４个月。癌变组中２４例表达阳性，未癌变组中仅７例呈阳性表达，两组相比差异显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the value of MG7 antigen as possible indicator of malignant transformation in patients with dysplasia of gastric mucosa. Methods: 72 fully followed up patients with gastric dysplasia including 34 evolving into gastric cancer and 38 non canceration were studies by using ABC immunohistochemical method. Results: The expression of MG7 Ag were positive in 24 out of 34 cases with canceration (70.6%), only 7 out of 38 cases with no canceration, a significant statistical difference between two groups ( P <0.01). Reversion was found in 29 out of 31 cases in no canceration group with MG7 Ag negative staining. Conclusion: The positive expression of MG7 Ag may be of some value in assessing the potential for subsequent cancer in patients with dysplasia of gastric mucosa. |
