| 摘 要： | 中国汉代曾流行一种虫媒病毒传播疾病“克罗米亚-刚果出血热”（新疆出血热）,其病程发展经过与伤寒传经过程表现极为相似,特别是在疾病转归方面,二者完全一致。“克罗米亚-刚果出血热”在当时被认作“伤寒”。这一疾病西域自古即有,由于生态环境与社会历史的变迁,促使这一疾病由西域传入中原。 |

| Abstract: | In the Han dynasty of China,there was a kind of infectious disease by arbovirus named Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever(Xinjiang hemorrhagic fever),and the development of the disease course was extremely similar with the meridian transmission of febrile disease.Especially in the transformation of the disease,they were totally identical.Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever was then diagnosed as febrile diseases.This disease existed from the ancient time in Western region,and due to the changeof ecological environment and society,it was brought to Center of China from Western region. |
