动力髋螺钉加防旋钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

目的：探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）加防旋钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：对23例老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用DHS加防旋钉内固定治疗。结果：23例均获随访，随访时间9-30个月。骨折全部愈合。按Harris髋关节功能评定标准：优16例，良5例，中1例，差1例。DHS加防旋钉治疗优良率91．3%。结论：DHS加防旋钉可有效防止股骨头旋转，固定牢靠，可以早期功能锻炼，有利于骨折愈合，是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法之一。

To treat intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw and senile spin nails

Objective ：To explore the clinical curative effect of dynamic hip screw（DHS）and senile spin nails to in- tertrochanteric fractures. Methods ~Twenty-three elderly cases of intertrochanteric fractures were cured by DHS and the nail screw internal fixation. Results ..Twenty-three cases have been followed-up-visit,it takes 9 - 30 months. All patients were fracture healing. According to the Harris hip function evaluation standard： 16 cases recovery is very good, 5 cases are in a good recovery, 1 case restore medium, 1 case recovery is poorer. The excellent rate of DHS and e- nile spin nails was 91.3 %. Conclusion ..DHS and the nail can effectively prevent the femoral head screw rotation,fixed firmly. Functional exercise early is good for fracture healing. It is an effective way to treat intertrochanteric fractures for old people.
