应用椎弓根钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折分析

目的：探讨椎弓根钉内固定系统（GSS）内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的疗效。方法：回顾分析2005年12月-2010年6月经GSS手术治疗的56例胸腰椎爆裂骨折。采用Fmnkel标准评定神经功能恢复情况以及通过影像学检查比较伤椎和后凸畸形角（Cobb角）的矫正及丢失、椎管减压范围、植骨位置及愈合情况。结果：术后随访12-24个月，神经功能按Fmnkel分级有不同程度改善。平均伤椎前缘高度恢复至原先高度的92％，Cobb角矫正至7°。结论：GSS内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折效果良好，固定牢靠。

The analysis of treatment burst fracture in the thoracoulmbar spine by general spine system

Objective ：To investigate the treatment of burst fractures in the thoracolumbar spine by surgical fixation with general spine system. Methods ：Fifty-six patients with burst fracture in the thoracolumbar spine were treated by surgical fixation during December 2005 and June 2010. They were assessed retrospectively by Fmnkel evaluation criteria to the neurological function recovery and compared about the correction and loss of spinal imaging of the vertebral and Cobb angle, bone block position, spinal decompression range and healing situation. Results：Fifty-six pa- tients were followed up 12-24 months. The nerve function of patients in our group were all improved differently by Fmnkel grade. The average vertebral height restorated to 92% of the original height of the leading edge. The Cobb an- gle corrected to 7 degrees. Conclusion ：The treatment to the patients with burst fracture in the thoracolumbar spine by general spine system was effective and stable.
