健脾益肺法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床研究

目的观察健脾益肺法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果。方法将86例RRTI患儿随机分戍2组。治疗组45例予健脾益肺的玉屏风散加味方口服3个月，对照组予以多抗甲素片口服3个月。观察各组治疗前后的呼吸道感染情况。结果治疗组半年内治疗后每月呼吸道感染次数、发病天数较本组治疗前明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组半年内治疗后每月呼吸道感染次数、发病天数较对照组治疗后明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率为95．56％，对照组为78．05％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论健脾益肺法可增强免疫，改善症状，缩短病程，对防治RRTI有显著疗效。

Clinical Study on the Prevention and Treatment of Infant Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection with the Method of Invigorating Spleen and Tonifying Lungs

Objective To study the effect of the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying lungs in preventing and treating infant recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI).Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=41);Yu Ping Feng Pulvis was given to treatment group for 3 months while polyactin was given to control group for 3 months;an observation was made before and after treatment.Results:Within half a year after treatment,the times of infection each month and the course days were much less than those before treatment,and than those in control group,which was of statistical difference(P<0.05);the total curative effect rate in treatment group was 95.56% and that in control group was 78.05%.Conclusions The method of invigorating spleen and tonifying lungs can enhance immunity,improve the symptoms and shorten the course of the disease,ii is of significant curative effect in preventing and treating RRTI.
