葛根黄豆甙元固体分散物及钠盐溶出速率的研究

摘    要:黄豆甙元水溶性差,将黄豆甙元制成(1:9)黄豆甙元-PVPk30共沉淀物、(1:9)黄豆甙元-PEG60000共熔物和黄豆甙元钠盐后,其溶出速率增大,t_(30)有显著差异(P<0.01)。

Abstract:Daidzein has a poor solubility in water. Dissolution rate of Daidzein is increased when it is converted into Daidzein-pvp (1:9) coprecipi- tate, Daidzein-PEG (1:9) eutectic or Sodium Daidzeinate. It has a remarkble differentiation in t_3 (p<0.01).
