| 摘 要： | 原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,有无合并门静脉癌栓是影响肝癌预后的重要因素。近年来随着肝癌综合治疗的提高及手术技术的改进,对肝癌合并门静脉癌栓治疗的认识趋于更积极,主张以手术治疗为主的多模式综合治疗,疗效也有大幅度提高。本文对原发性肝癌合并门静脉癌栓治疗的最新进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Hepatoeellulax carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in China. An important factor affecting the prognosis is wheter it is combined with portal vein tumor thrombus or not. With the improvement of its general therapy and surgical technique, the recognition on the treatment of hepatoeellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus has become more positive. Multi-modal therapy based on surgery can improve outcome effectively. This article reviewed the progress of its treatment. |
