摘    要:本文探讨了焦亚硫酸钠与盐酸-L-半胱氨酸这两种稳定剂在延缓抗坏血酸注射液变色中的作用。盐酸-L-半胱氨酸能延缓2-酮-L-古洛糖酸的降解速率,也能与丙酮醛发生化学反应,延缓丙酮醛的变色速率;焦亚硫酸钠可能改变了丙酮醛的聚合方式而延缓丙酮醛的变色速率。从而在一定程度上解释了这两种稳定剂延缓抗坏血酸注射液变色的原因。

Abstract:The roles of two stabilizers, sodiumpyrosulfite and L-cysteine hydrochloride inratarding discoloration of ascorbic acid in-jection have been studied. It was found that,L-cysteine hydrochloride retarded the deg-radation rate of 2-keto-L-gulonic acid; L-cysteine hydrochloride also retarded thediscoloration rate of methylglyoxal solutionvia chemical reaction between L-cysteinehydrochloride and methylglyoxal; sodiumpyrosulfite retarded the discoloration rateof methylglyoxal solution probably due tochanging the way of polymerization ofmethylglyoxal. To a certain extent, theseresults could explain why the two stabili-zers could retard the discoloration rate ofascorbic acid injection.
