帕罗西汀与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的　评估帕罗西汀和阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法　采用随机、双盲对照的研究方法 ,分为帕罗西汀组 31例 (男 17例 ,女 14例 ;年龄平均 4 0± 13岁 ) ,口服帕罗西汀 2 0mg ,1次 /d ;阿米替林组31例 (男性 16例 ,女性 15例 ;年龄 4 1± 13岁 ) ,口服阿米替林 75mg ,3次 /d ,疗程 6周。结果　帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效与阿米替林相当 ,总有效率分别为 87%和 77% (P >0 .0 5) ,帕罗西汀的主要副作用有口干 ,便秘等 ,较阿米替林程度轻但发生率低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　帕罗西汀的抗抑郁作用与阿米替林相当 ,副作用少 ,服用方便

Control Study of Paroxetine and Amitriptyline Treating Depression

Objective To evaluate the effect and side effects of Paroxetine and Amitriptyline. Methods A bouble blind control study was designed for comparing Paroxctine and Amitriptyline to treat depression.62 patients with depression were randomly assigned to take Paroxetine(n=31)or Amitriptyline(n=31) for six weeks.The effect and side effects were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD), Clinical Global Impression( CGI) and Treatment Emergent Syptoms Scale(TESS) before treatment and every week during therapy. Results There was no significant difference in recovery ratio and reduction of scores of HAMD and CGI between Paroxitine and Amitriptgline group.There were much less Cardiovascular, nervous system, Vegetative nervous system and other side effects in Paroxetine group than in Amitriptyline group.The main side effects of Paroxetine were slight dry mouth and constipation. Conclusion Paroxetine is a safe and effective antidepressant drug.
