窦性心动过速猝死16例临床分析

目的探讨窦性心动过速猝死的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析了16例猝死的患。从中观察猝死的高发时间,并作统计学处理。结果16例猝死的患均有猝死的诱因,发作时间多为0：00～8：00。结论了解窦速猝死发作的昼夜节律,对这一时段内上述多个触发因素进行干预,在治疗中按照严格的医疗常规去做,就可避免不必要的死亡。

Clinical Analysis of 16 Cases of Death of Sinus Tachycardia

Objective To study the cause of sinus tachycardis sudden death and preventive measures. Methods 16 cases of sudden death of sinus tachycardia were retrospectively analysed,and observed the time of sudden death.Results 16 cases of sudden death had inducing factors of sudden death and the attack time was 0:00 to 8:00.Conclusion To understand the regular pattern and interfer,to follow the medical routine can prevent the unnecessary death.
