炭药的炮制工艺改进及质量标准初探

摘    要:采用加入介质和改变火力的方法改进传统的炭药炮制工艺,用pH值测定法控制炭药质量,通过测定山楂不同炮制工艺所得标准炭品的pH值和酸性物质含量,以及相关的药理实验,来验证改进工艺的可行性。

Abstract:The traditional processing procedure of carbonic herbs can be improved by adding mediums and changing the power of fire while controlling quality by determining pH value.Taking Fructus crataegi as an example,the capability of improving procedure can be proved by determining pH value and the content of acid substance in the standard carbonic herbs treated by different processing procedure and doing pharmacological experiments.
