缬沙坦联合川芎嗪对VD大鼠学习记忆障碍的改善

摘    要:
目的:研究缬沙坦联合川芎嗪对VD大鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用。方法:反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉加硝普钠降压复制血管性痴呆大鼠模型;Morris水迷宫检测血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆力。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠的逃避潜伏期明显延长(P〈0.01),跨越虚拟平台的次数、在平台象限停留的时间及平台象限的游程占总游程的百分比均明显减少(P〈0.01);与模型组比较,缬沙坦、川芎嗪及缬沙坦+川芎嗪治疗组均可缩短大鼠逃避潜伏期(P〈0.05,0.01),增加大鼠跨越虚拟平台的次数、大鼠在平台象限停留的时间及其在平台象限的游程占总游程的百分比(P〈0.05),尤以联合用药组更为明显。结论:缬沙坦联合川芎嗪可改善血管性痴呆大鼠的学习记忆功能,其作用较二者单独应用效果更好。

EFFECT OF VALSARTAN AND LIGUSTRAZINE ON IMPROVING LEARNING AND MEMORY ABILITY IN RATS WITH VASCULAR DEMENTIA

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the improvement of Valsartan and Ligustrazine, given separately or in association, on learning and memory ability of rats with vascular dementia. Methods:Vascular dementia model was duplicated by time and again blocking bilateral carotid artery and intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside in rat. Acuity of learning and memory of rats was measured with Morris water maze. Results:Compared with sham operation group, the rats in model group showed longer escape latency(P〈0.01), and numbers of rats crossing platform , the time spent in target quadrant and the percentage of the distance spent in target quadrant obviously decreased (P〈0.01).Compared with the vascular dementia model group, valsartan and ligustrazine given separately or in association can shorten escape latency (P〈0.05,0.01), increase the numbers of rats crossing platform and the time spent in target quadrant and the percentage of the distance spent in target quadrant (P〈0.05),it is more obvious in combination treatment of Valsartan and Ligustrazine. Conclusion:Valsartan combined with Ligustrazine can improve learning and memory ability in rats with vascular dementia.
