| 摘 要： | 本文介绍我院从加强护理文化建设着手,推进优质护理服务的成功经验。医院通过挖掘中医护理内涵,培育先进的服务理念,形成以人为本的共同价值观,优化护理流程,建立护理行为规范,打造高绩效的护理团队等做法,初步形成了我院特有的护理文化,促进了"优质护理服务示范工程"的深入、稳步和持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | This essay describes the successful experience of Zhongshan our hospita started to enhance nursing service culture construction to promote high quality nursing service.By digging connotation of nursing of TCM,cultivating advanced service concept,shaping the people-oriented concept of value,optimizing nursing care flowsheet,establishing nurses＇ behavior norm,creating high performance nursing team,etc.Our hospital formed a unique nursing culture initially,which had promoting the development of the ＇High-qualit care demonstration project＇ deeply,steadily and persistently. |
