| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预对人工股骨头置换术患者围手术期心理状况及治疗的影响。方法:选择50例高龄人工股骨头置换术患者,随机分为两组,对照组25例给予传统治疗及护理;干预组25例在传统治疗及护理的基础上给予心理护理干预。观察干预前后两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、SCL-90症状自评量表评分以及生活质量等。结果:干预后,干预组SCL-90症状自评量表总均分、抑郁、焦虑等因子评分、SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量明显改善(P<0.05),下床和住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能有效改善患者心理状况,提高治疗疗效和生活质量。
