急性脑血管疾病患者应用甘露醇不良反应观察及护理

目的:观察甘露醇在急性脑血管疾病中应用的护理问题,探讨其发生的相关因素及护理对策,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对我院2004年4月~2009年8月就诊的急性脑血管病患者静脉应用甘露醇遇到的护理问题进行综合分析。结果:静脉应用甘露醇发生不良反应的病例共74例,其中静脉炎18例,占24.32%;肾损害26例,占35.14%;引起头痛、头晕、视物模糊14例,占18.92%;过敏反应2例,占2.70%;低颅压综合征6例,占8.11%;电解质紊乱12例,占16.22%;诱发心功能不全6例,占8.11%。结论:静脉应用甘露醇可引起不良反应,采取合理的护理对策,可确保患者用药安全。

Observation the adverse reaction and nursing of mannitol used in acute cerebral vascular disease

Objective：To observe nursing problems of mannitol used in acute cerebral vascular disease and explore the related factors and nursing measures,to provide a reasonable basis for clinical medication and methods.Methods：In our hospital from April 2004 to August 2009 admissions for acute cerebrovascular disease in intravenous mannitol care problems encountered by the comprehensive analysis.Results：The results of intravenous mannitol cases of adverse reactions were 74 cases,of which 18 cases of phlebitis,accounting for 24.3%,to kidney damage was most common,a total of 26 cases,35.1%;cause headache,dizziness,blurred vision,14 cases 18.9%;allergic reactions in 2 cases,2.7%;low intracranial pressure syndrome in 6 cases,8.1%;electrolyte disorders in 12 cases,16.2%,induced cardiac dysfunction in 6 cases,accounting for 8.1%.Conclusion：Intravenous mannitol may cause adverse reactions.Take reasonable care and measures to ensure drug safety of patients.
