护生实习后期工作现状及心态的调查分析

目的:了解护生实习后期的工作状况及心态,并据此提出相应对策,保障护生临床实习质量。方法:采用自编问卷调查表对794名不同教育层次的实习护生进行调查,调查他们对在实习后期请假的态度、请假时间、请假原因、工作心态及最喜欢从事的护理工作5个方面的内容。结果:实习后期护生的工作表现不容乐观,有20.8%的护生认为有事可以不请假,请假的护生占64.9%。其中41.4%的护生因为找工作而请假,32.8%的护生因为工作没有积极性而请假;84.1%的护生存在浮躁、焦虑、抱怨、失落等不良心态;护生大多存在重治疗、轻护理的观念,在实习后期最喜欢从事服药、注射、输液等技术性操作,而对必须给患者实施的生活护理兴趣很低。结论:医疗机构和护理院校应该加强对实习护生的思想教育,纠正护生实习后期的不良心态,采取有效措施,充分调动实习护生的工作积极性,为保证合格护理人才的输出奠定坚实的基础。

Analysis of nursing students' working situation and mentality at the late period of clinical practice

Objective： To understand nursing students＇ working situation and mentality at the late period of clinical practice,and put forward countermeasures to protect the quality of clinical practice of nursing students.Methods： Research 794 nursing students of different educational levels with questionnaire.And investigating their attitude of leave at the late period of clinical practice,leave time,leave of absence reasons,working mentality,most favorite in the nursing and so on.Results： The performance of nursing students is not optimistic at the late period of practice,with 20.8% of them think that they can left without ask for leave,nursing students asking for leave reached 64.9%,41.4% of them ask for leave in search of work,32.8% of them without work enthusiasm and ask for leave,84.1% of nursing to survive in the impetuous,anxiety,resentment,loss and other adverse occupational psychology;most of them are re-treatment,light care concept,they favorite in the medication,injection,infusion and other technical operations,and on the need to care for patients with life interest is very low at the late period of clinical practice.Conclusion： Medical institutions and nursing schools should strengthen the ideological education of nursing students,nursing students late to correct the negative attitude and adopt effective measures to fully mobilize the work of nursing students in enthusiasm,in order to ensure the output of qualified nursing personnel to lay a solid foundation.
