| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理延伸服务对糖尿病肾病患者饮食依从性的影响。方法:将98例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例,两组患者住院期间均接受糖尿病肾病常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育的基础上,出院后实施护理延伸服务。出院6个月后比较两组患者饮食治疗的依从性和各项生化指标。结果:干预6个月后观察组患者饮食治疗的依从性评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,血肌酐、血尿素氮均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者进行护理延伸服务,可提高其饮食治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effects of extension nursing services on Dietery compliance of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods： 98 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into two groups at random.48 cases in the control group received general health education,50 cases in the observation group were subjected to extension nursing services additionally.The effects were evaluated by the checklist.Results： After 6 months,intervention,the scores of diet comlpliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.01）,and the fasting blood-glucose,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen were lower than in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The extension of diet education from hospital to diabetic nephropathy patients can ectively improve their diet compliance. |
